At this page you can find your local office to report this scam. It takes some work to fill in the forms, but it might be worthwile. The more of us that report this scam, the higher the chance that Brainety has to change its terrible attitude towards innocent customers.
So please, take the time and do what must be done. Together we can end this scam business. If not for yourself, do it for others – as Brainety will not come to their senses all by themselves. Some pressure is needed!

I saw an ad on the Facebook site brainy.com to take an IQ test. I took it. Then I found out that the test results are paid – to the tune of about $3 dollars. I paid those, then after about a week I noticed that they were taking about $40 out of my account for some subscription I hadn’t ordered. They are crooks from start to finish, and I am amazed that they can steal on the internet for so long without being blocked. So I was robbed of $40.

Yes, that’s how these criminals work. they steal your money just like that. Did they charge your Paypal account or some other method?

In the meantime, I also keep sending complaints to Paypal, who provide the payment services and are responible too, in my opinion. I will keep knocking on their doors, hoping they will kick out Brainety as their cusotmer.
Please report your case using the link above, and don’t hesitate to complain at Paypal too. You can file multiple complaints at Paypal, also for not receiving an item, item was different, item was defective and some more – I forgot exactly – but there are some choices. Try them all 😉
If we all keep complaining, I am hopeful something will happen.
