Well, it took some time, but finally succes!!!
When trying to get a refund, claiming as an ‘unauthorized transaction’ at Paypal, it was first rejected, transaction was considered valid, no refund, bla bla bla. It is frustrating to file these complaints, because Paypal requests ‘proof’ but how can I give ‘proof’ of not having given any permission for an unwanted subscription.
So I tried again, started a new dispute, and choose another reason. I went for ‘Item not as described’. Sounds a bit stupid of cource, since I never received anything or agreed to whatever subscription – anyway – I picked ‘Item not as described’. Today, I got my refund. Paypal did not give any comment, just that the case was closed, refund was given, although the status of the dispute was set to ‘lost’. Well, I got my refund, so I guess that ‘lost’ status is just to reflect they were ‘generous’ or something.
.
So, my advice is, keep trying. If your first request for a refund is rejected by Paypal, try again. And try again, if need be. Possibly the best approach is to file the dispute as ‘item not as described’.
